By using through you agree to these terms.

The service

through is a ride recorder and group-ride tool. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of any message, or that a recording will be captured or retained.

Your responsibility

• Ride safely. Do not operate the app while riding in a way that distracts you. Follow all traffic laws. You are solely responsible for your safety.
• Use the group and public-position features only with your own consent to be seen; don't use them to track others without theirs.
• Don't misuse the service (no unlawful use, interference, or abuse of the API).

Your data

You own your recordings. Our handling of them is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete them at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or any outcome arising from use of the app, including reliance on positions shown or on a recording being made.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
